Congratulations
to Santiago Garcia Almaraz, the Kempo Jutsu
Representative for Spain and Portugal on his
promotion to 5th dan on August 18, 2007. Also
promoted that day were Felipe Chamorro Perez to
shodan, and black belts Antonio Gil Rivera and Carlos
Martin Gil.
