Professor Kimo and Motobu Chosei, Soke were hosted by Valley Shore Martial Arts for a demonstration and seminar on April 20th, 2008. The response was enthusiastic, and the day was filled with great learning and training. Students from Connecticut, New York, Cape Cod, and even as far as England and Wales were in attendance. A visit from Professor Nancy Cerio made the day extra special. It was a great visit, and Keith Tubman was a great host.

As part of the coverage of the Yasukune Shrine demonstration, Professor Kimo was featured in the January issue of JKFan magazine. There is a nice four page article with some great pictures featuring Motobu, Sensei; Kohno, Sensei; and Professor Kimo.
